Inlays & Onlays

Inlays and onlays are solutions for damaged or decayed teeth that need more repair than a simple filling provides, but less than a crown.

Sealants

A dental sealant is a thin plastic coating applied to the chewing surface of molars, premolars and any deep grooves of teeth. More than 75 percent of dental decay begins in these deep grooves. Sealants protect the depressions and grooves of your teeth from food particles and plaque that brushing and flossing can't reach. A sealant also creates a smooth, easy-to-clean surface.

Tooth-Colored Fillings

A composite (tooth-colored) filling is typically used to repair a tooth that is affected by decay, cracks or fractures. The damaged or decayed part of the tooth is removed and replaced with a composite filling.

Teeth Whitening

Your smile is often the first impression people receive about you. Many factors affect the whiteness of your teeth. Deeply pigmented beverages like red wine and black coffee may stain the enamel on your teeth. In contrast, highly acidic beverages can strip away your enamel, making it more vulnerable to staining as well. Soda is a prime example of an acidic drink that can erode your tooth enamel and lead to stains.

Veneers

Have you ever wanted to have an amazing smile - one that makes lasting first impressions and looks completely natural? You can still achieve it even if you have stained, chipped or cracked teeth. Gaps in your teeth and alignment issues aren't a hurdle either. One option that has the potential to make a big difference regarding the look and quality of your smile is porcelain veneers.

Orthodontics

Braces aren’t just for kids! Today, more than 25% of all orthodontic patients are adults — more specifically, they’re people who, for various reasons, did not have braces when they were teenagers. With the promise of better-looking braces, fewer appointments, less discomfort, and shorter treatment time, more and more adults are deciding that they want to improve their appearance, tooth function, and confidence.

Periodontics

Periodontal disease, also known as gum disease, is the leading cause of adult tooth loss in the United States. Early warning signs include red, swollen gums that bleed when you brush your teeth. Because the symptoms may be painless, many people do not recognize at first that there’s a problem. During your thorough hygiene exam at Dental Care of Texas, we will assess your gums for signs of periodontal disease. We may recommend non-surgical therapy for early-stage gum disease or specialized care by our in-house periodontist for advanced cases.

Preventive Dentistry

At Dental Care of Texas, we are strong advocates of Preventive Dentistry with the goal of preventing the need for more extensive, time-consuming treatments later.

Sedation Dentistry

For many of our patients at Dental Care of Texas, a small shot to quickly numb an area is enough; however, some patients need more than that. Whether it’s due to a previous bad dental experience or a lengthy, extensive treatment, we want our patients to be comfortable.

What Our Patients Say

I have been going to Dental Care of Texas for a little over a year now, and I love it. They get you back and all fixed up in a jiffy. I am currently in ortho too and they are getting my teeth exactly where I want them to be. The prices are great and the staff are the best. I would and do recommend Dental Care of Texas to everyone I know.

Been with this dentist office for 18 years! This office has not much of a turnover, and that says a lot; mostly same staff for years. The front office staff has been very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to scheduling my appointments or working with my insurance, and I know I can trust the care I receive from their hygienists and dentists. All of that is really just a bonus to the awesome convenience of being able to go in on a Saturday!
